Will Draw

  • Any real animal (living or extinct), anthropomorphic OCs, fantasy creatures, monsters, pokémon and Open/Closed species.

  • Romantic themed art if both characters are owned by the commissioner, or the commissioner can provide proof that express permission, from the other character's owner, was given.

  • Artistic nudity/suggestive/pin-up style pieces (of adult anthro characters!)

  • Minor blood and violence, basically any injury you'd get from a little scuffle! Candy/fruit gore.

Won't Draw

  • Humans, mechs or characters with complex mechanical limbs.

  • Art that is offensive, racist, derogatory, abusive or otherwise harasses, threatens, bullies or humiliates anyone.

  • Artistic nudity for anyone under the age of 18, suggestive art of underage characters, or pedophilic or incestuous pairing/couple art.

  • Feral NSFW, explicit nudity, fetishistic-focused art, or otherwise sexual content.

  • Extremely bloody gore, guts, or extreme violence.

What I am or am not comfortable drawing may change at any time, and I do reserve the right to refuse a commission that has to do with something not referenced above, without explanation.

Terms of Service

TLDR - Important Highlights

  • Complexity fees may apply depending on the character

  • I have a 45 day window to complete your commission (§ 10)

  • No refunds for completed work, or refunds before the 45 day deadline is up (§ 18)

  • Commissions are for personal use and display only, no commercial or AI/NFT or other related uses (§ 7)

  • The value of the commissioned art may be included in the sale price of a character (§ 8)

I do advise you read my entire TOS for full comprehension and if you have any more specific commission inquiries, but the most important keynotes are above.

Basic Info

  1. The artist retains full rights to the artwork which include, but are not limited to; the right to use the image for self-promotion and display in online galleries.

  2. Credit must be given at all times. My work is not to be copied, edited by you (without prior permission) or claimed as your own.

  3. The artist reserves the right to decline any commission without explanation.

  4. The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason, with a full refund.

  5. The artist reserves the right to recycle/re-use (as YCH's/pre-posed pieces) any sketches rejected in the commission process, or from any canceled commission, so long as all traits that could be attributed to the commissioners character/design are removed.

  6. The commissioner is granted the rights for personal use and display of the completed work. (Avatars, social media, character sites, etc.)

  7. The commissioner may not use the completed work for commercial purposes, (Prints, merch, advertisement, etc.) or for any AI-related technology, Inputting, feeding, training, or referencing my art in any AI program, dataset, or generator, unless previously discussed with the artist and additional compensation agreed upon.

  8. The commissioner may resell, trade or gift the art piece with the character. If the original designer allows it, they may include the price of the commission in the final sale price.

Commission Specific Terms

Custom Characters and Adopts

  • May not be sold for more than the purchase price + the price of any accumulated art.

  • May be traded, gifted and bred.

  • Credit for the original design must be given to me ON any new reference, and regardless of any revamp.

Litter Puppies

If sold for more than 2x the commission price they are subject to a 50/50 split of excess profits.
For example if you commission a pup for $30 and sell it for $80, 2x $30 is $60 - the $20 extra will be split between the two of us. You receive $70 total, and I receive an additional $10. This applies to all puppies sold, even ones kept past the initial auction.

Process

  1. Payment is due before I begin any work on your commission.

  2. The time of completion may vary, but your piece will be delivered no later than 45 days after receiving payment, any suspected delays on the artist's part will be met with the offer of a refund.

  3. You will be sent a sketch for approval, at which point any alterations you need should be requested, or you may request a new sketch entirely. Please be aware that any extreme delay in sketch approval (>72h without forewarning) may result in the artist skipping this approval step and proceeding with your piece to keep on track.

  4. The artist will make one round of changes at no charge before the final piece is delivered, but any further changes requested may be subjected to a fee. Please be concise and descriptive when requesting changes.

  5. After the piece is delivered, only mistakes made on my part, that were visible on the reference provided (missed or incorrect markings, anatomical or incorrect additions) will be fixed for free.

  6. Edits, adjustments and alterations may only be requested within 1 week after completion.

  7. You will receive a full-size unwatermarked version of your completed piece. PSD's and speedpaints available upon request.

Payment & Refunds

  1. Payment accepted via PayPal or Stripe in USD only, unless ordered through Ko-Fi.

  2. No work will be started until payment is received in full.

  3. Refunds will only be given in full, either after the 45 day window, if the work is not completed, or if the artist is the one to cancel the commission.

  4. Refunds requested before the 45 day window is closed will only receive a partial refund, depending on the amount of work already completed, at the artist's discretion.

  5. Please be upfront if you have a deadline shorter than 45 days, I can usually shift things around in my queue, but orders that would need to jump the queue significantly may be subject to a rush fee.

  6. I do not refund completed work.

Purchasing an adopt/design from me subjects you to the following terms:

  • All sales are final, I do not offer refunds because you have changed your mind.

  • You may not sell the design for more than the purchase price + the price of any accumulated art.

  • You may also trade or gift my designs.

  • You may revamp or breed my designs so long as no nearly identical copies of my design are made to be sold separately, design revamps MUST go with the original design. (Breeding consists of creating "offspring" design with or without the reference of another design.)

  • Credit for the original design must be given to me ON any new reference, and regardless of any changes made to the design.

  • Commercial or NFT usage of my designs is prohibited without prior permission and additional compensation.

Auction/sale Info

  • Do not bid or offer if you cannot pay.

  • Payment must be made within 24 hours, unless previously discussed before claiming/bidding.

  • In the case of a chargeback or failed payment, the design will return to my possession to be resold at my discretion. Chargebacks also land you on my blacklist.
